Conveniently situated in the railway arches in Worcester. Tre and Mark set up Method Roastery in 2013 with the aim of supplying seasonally fresh coffee to quality-focused businesses in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.

Alex Gooch Baker

ORGANIC ARTISAN BREAD /

Bread has been a passion of Alex’s since he began training as a chef when he was seventeen. As his career begin to flourish, so did his love for bread. Alex now runs his own bakery in Hay on Wye, where he produces award winning artisan breads. Almost all of the bread you will find on our menus have been worked by Alex’s hands. We always look forward to the smell of freshly baked goods that fill our kitchens on a weekly basis. ‘Bread is magical and inspirational. I feel privileged to have found my meaning in life.’ - Alex

Our fresh, free-range eggs are supplied by the happy hens of Lower Bellamore Farm located in Preston-on-Wye.

We use Nizi Sourdough in The Bookshop and have a changing selection of pastries, perfect with coffee.

SUSTAINABLE COFFEE CUPS /

A designer reusable coffee cup made for cafes, home users & on-the-go coffee drinkers. HuskeeCup features coffee husk as a raw material.

We use and sell Huskee Cups in The Bookshop.

 

Ludlow Gin

CRAFT GIN + SPIRITS /

The craft gin scene inspired me to create a range of gins of my own, something I’d be proud to drink.”

The Mousetrap Cheese Shop in Hereford has been selling fine cheese since 1990.

Situated along the picturesque Church Lane, a wonderful secret world of Hereford’s independent shops, leading from the City Centre to the Cathedral, the Mousetrap Cheese shop in Hereford is a wonderful venue to pick up some of the finest cheeses from all over the world.
